If you require FSR to ship a gift, there is NO PST on item shipped out of province.
The province of Manitoba regulations state that we do not have to charge provincial sales tax on any items purchased from us and shipped out of province. Our customers in Nova Scotia are still required to pay HST (Harmonized Sales Tax).
All giftware shipped within Canada will be shipped by FedEx ground or Canada Post depending on destination of delivery. Approximate delivery is 3-5 business days. Expedited (overnight) delivery service is available and the extra charges will be quoted and billed right before shipping.
All shipments will have a tracking number and will be insured for loss or breakage during shipping. Claims must be reported to Five Small Rooms immediately upon arrival of goods. Damaged merchandise and boxes must be kept on hand until further notice.
